home to 24 male homeless Veterans. Veterans live and work together as a unit, and are responsible to themselves and their community. Veterans are assigned a case manager, and together they work closely with a liaison from the VA to create a housing and service plan. The facility has 25 units available to serve homeless veterans in our region. Residents will be provided housing and supportive services for no longer than 2 years while transitioning into permanent housing. The Huntington VA Medical Center will provide health care services for the veterans. MCCC staff will work closely with the VA Medical Center staff and local veterans service representatives to ensure each veteran is receiving any and all benefits to which they are entitled.
